GOVERNMENT OF SINDH IRRIGATION DEPARTMENT Karachi dated the 26th February, 2024 NOTIFICATION No.SO(A-IV)/2-303/2023: In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, and in consultation with the Regulation Wing of Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, the method of appointment qualification, experience and other conditions for appointment in respect of the various posts from BPS-01 to BPS-05, in Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh, mentioned in column-2 of the table below, shall be as laid down in column 3, 4 and 5 thereof:- TABLE SR. NO. 1 NAME OF POST AND BPS 2 METHOD OF APPOINTMENT 3 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 4 AGE LIMIT Min Max 5 1. Telephone Operator (BPS-05) By initial appointment. Matriculation from a recognized Board of Secondary Education. i) Matric atleast in Second Division/"C" grade from recognized Board of Secondary Education; 18-28 Years 2. Driver (BPS-04) By initial appointment. ii) Possessing valid LTV driving license; and 18-28 Years 3. Jeep Driver (BPS-04) By initial appointment. iii) Preferably two years' experience. i) Matric atleast in Second Division / "C" grade from recognized Board of Secondary Education; ii) Possessing valid LTV driving license; and iii) Preferably two years' experience.
